What we needed to solve

Reframe a premium residential development from a conventional property page into an experience that communicates architecture, progress, and trust with equal clarity.

How we shaped the build

A cinematic construction sequence, restrained Hajvairy identity, and focused project evidence guide visitors from first impression to location, amenities, progress, and enquiry.

Residential launch website

Showing a residential development rise, from foundation to handover

360 The Residences is a residential development by Hajvairy Developers on Murree Road, Islamabad. Xsofty designed and built its launch website, a single scrolling page that combines a scroll-controlled construction sequence with 360-degree residence tours, a dated construction record, planning approvals and an enquiry form.

The brief

The site had to answer three questions for someone considering an apartment in a building that has reached finishing and handover: what the homes are like, how far construction has come, and whether the project holds its planning approvals. Most of the evidence already existed on Hajvairy's own website, in films, progress records, 360-degree tours and approval documents. The task was to gather it into one route that a buyer could follow from the first screen to a conversation with the sales team.

The design direction

The page opens with a sequence in which the building rises from foundation to completion as the visitor scrolls, so the construction story starts before any text. After it, the pace slows into numbered sections: the residences, the facade and shared spaces, project films, construction progress, amenities and updates. Each residence type, from the 1 bed apartment to the 3 bed loft, opens its own 360-degree tour, so visitors can look inside before they get in touch.

The build

The construction record lists each stage by date, from the raft in October 2022 to the twentieth floor in September 2024, and links every entry to its progress page on the developer's site. A certification section links the approved layout plan and the CDA and NHA approval documents. Updates cover finishing work and handovers. The contact section offers an email form, direct phone lines and a WhatsApp chat that opens with a message about the project already written.

What improved

  • A scroll-controlled construction sequence at the top of the page
  • A 360-degree tour for each residence type
  • A dated construction record with linked approval documents
  • Enquiries by email form, phone or WhatsApp

In the client’s own words.

Working with Hamza was straightforward from the beginning. He listened carefully, explained the thinking behind the design, and kept the website focused on what buyers actually need to see. The final result gives 360 The Residences a much stronger and more professional digital presence.
