Payment and terms
Staged payments, agreed before work begins.
Our default recommendation, shown for information and subject to final agreement:
- 50%At booking
- 30%After design approval
- 20%Before launch
- Every figure is an estimate, not a quote. Your scope is reviewed before acceptance.
- Third-party costs are excluded unless stated: domains, hosting, licences, subscriptions and payment fees.
- You are not asked to pay the full amount upfront. Payment follows agreed milestones.
- Timelines are confirmed in the proposal, once scope and content readiness are known.
Custom Digital Platform
When custom is the right call.
If the project matches any of these, a package would under-describe it. We scope it properly instead.

Questions
Before you choose.
Are these prices fixed quotes?
No. They are starting prices for a clearly bounded scope. Your final price is set in a written proposal after we review your scope, and nothing is binding until you accept it.
What is not included in a package?
Third-party costs are excluded unless stated in your proposal. That includes domains, hosting, premium plugins or apps, platform subscriptions, stock media, font licences and payment-processing fees.
How is payment structured?
Our default recommendation is 50% at booking, 30% after design approval and 20% before launch, subject to final agreement. You are not asked to pay the full amount upfront.
What counts as a page?
A page is a distinct layout or content page in the agreed sitemap. Repeating entries such as blog posts or products are handled through the CMS, content migration bundles or product-entry bundles rather than counted as pages.
What is a refinement round?
One consolidated set of feedback on a design or build stage, addressed together. Additional rounds can be added and are estimated before the work continues.
Who provides the content?
You supply copy and images unless you add copywriting. We guide structure, page hierarchy and what each page needs to say.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on scope, integrations and how ready your content is. We confirm a schedule in the proposal rather than quoting a generic duration.
Can I start with Launch and grow later?
Yes. Scope can be extended later. Additions are reviewed and estimated as a change, so you always see the cost before it is agreed.
