What we needed to solve

Make a technical service understandable to decision-makers without flattening the depth of the offering.

How we shaped the build

Structured content, direct language, and a restrained interface establish trust while making the service easier to evaluate.

Document management website

Making a document management service quick to understand

Docusafe is a document management service that handles and protects its clients' records. Xsofty designed and developed its corporate website, with SEO in the same project, and structured the pages so a visitor can see what Docusafe does, which services it offers and how to get in touch.

The brief

Docusafe's service is technical, and the website speaks to the decision-makers who choose it. The client's main concern was explaining that service clearly without overwhelming people. The work was therefore about order more than volume: say what Docusafe does in one line, separate the services behind it, and make the next step obvious from any page, whichever page a visitor lands on first.

The design direction

The homepage opens with a three-word line, 'Simple, Secure, Stress-free', then a short description of the service and one button leading to what Docusafe offers. The services follow as a row of cards, each marked with its own icon. Color is limited to a single deep red on white, used for headings and buttons, so the text carries the explanation rather than decoration.

The build

Navigation is kept short: Home, About, a Docusafe Services menu and a Contact button set apart from the other links in the header. The services menu gives a direct route to the offer for visitors who already know what they need, while the homepage explains it in order for those who do not. The same engagement covered SEO, so the page structure and search setup were Xsofty's responsibility along with the design and code.

What improved

  • A homepage that states the service in one line
  • Services grouped in one menu and one section
  • A contact button set apart in the header

In the client’s own words.

Our biggest concern was explaining the service clearly without overwhelming people. Xsofty helped simplify the structure and made the website easier to understand. The design feels professional, but the real improvement is how quickly someone can now work out what Docusafe does and where to go next.
